3. Device Permissions Required

To provide a complete and functional experience, the App requests the following device permissions:

  • Camera: Used locally on your device to scan lottery tickets or QR codes via Google ML Kit. No camera stream or image files ever leave your device.
  • Notifications: Used to send you the latest draw announcements and daily results updates (powered by OneSignal). You can opt out or disable notifications at any time in your device's system settings.
  • Internet Access: Required to query and fetch the latest lottery results from our database and to load standard advertisements.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Collection

We integrate several third-party services to display ads, send alerts, and execute on-device scans. These services may collect certain device data automatically. This data is governed by each provider's individual privacy policy, not ours:

4.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)

Purpose: To display ads within the app to keep it free to use.

Data Collected: Device identifiers (AAID, IDFA), IP address, approximate geographical location, app interaction data, and diagnostic logs.

Consent Management: In regions where laws require it (such as the EU/EEA, UK, and Brazil), we display a consent prompt to ask for your permission before AdMob collects or uses personal data for personalized advertising. You can update your consent preferences at any time in the app's settings.

Opt-Out: You can reset your device's advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads through your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising).

4.2 OneSignal (Push Notifications)

Purpose: To deliver instant push alerts with daily draw results.

Data Collected: Unique push token, device model, operating system version, and general interaction metrics.

4.3 Supabase (Backend Database)

Purpose: To fetch and display current lottery results dynamically.

Data Handling: Our database strictly stores publicly available, official lottery draw numbers. We do not store any personal identifiable information (PII) on our Supabase servers.

4.4 Google ML Kit (On-Device Scanning)

Purpose: To scan barcode tickets on-device using ML algorithms.

Data Handling: Image parsing happens entirely in local device memory. No image data is ever uploaded or transmitted externally.

5. Log Data & Diagnostics

When the App experiences a crash or error, diagnostic logs may be generated and transmitted to our partners automatically. This diagnostic data includes your device IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration state at the time of the error, and timestamps. This data is used solely to identify bugs and improve app stability.

6. Your Data Rights & Choices

Depending on where you reside, you may have legal rights regarding your personal information. Because we do not directly store user accounts or personal profiles, most requests regarding tracking data should be directed to the third-party providers. However, you can always contact us, and we will assist you as much as possible.

Typically, you have the right to request access to the data a third party holds, ask for deletion, disable push alerts, or opt-out of personalized ads via your device system parameters. 7. Age Restriction (18+)

This Application is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that a user under 18 has submitted personal data (e.g., via a support email), we will delete it immediately from our records.

8. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit, to protect the data accessed by the App. We do not retain personal data ourselves, except for optional customer support emails, which are deleted as soon as they are resolved.

9. International Data Transfers

The third-party networks we use (AdMob, OneSignal, Supabase) operate globally and may process data outside your home country. These providers use standard legal compliance frameworks (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure data remains secure and protected.

10. Disclaimer & Legal Compliance

  • Informational Use Only: This app provides lottery results for informational purposes. We are not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, any official government lottery department. Always check numbers with official gazettes to verify wins.
  • No Gambling: We do not facilitate purchase of lottery tickets, online gaming, or online betting inside the App.
  • Regional Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that using this app conforms to local laws. Do not use the app where lottery participation is legally prohibited.

11. Government Affiliation and Data Sources

Lottery Daily Results is an independent, privately-developed application. This app does not represent any government entity. It is not connected to, endorsed by, or authorized by any State Government Lottery Board.
